Terms of Service

1. Using Atlas Trader

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and comply with laws that apply to your use. If you use Atlas Trader for an organization, you must have authority to act for it.

2. Research tools, not trading instructions

Atlas Trader provides general information and tools for research and education. It does not provide personalized investment, financial, tax or legal advice. It does not act as your broker or investment adviser, accept orders or execute trades. A signal labeled “Buy” or “Sell” is a calculated indicator output, not an instruction or recommendation to trade. You make your own decisions and should obtain qualified advice when appropriate.

Do not rely on the Service to place or manage a trade. Independently verify relevant information with your broker or another authoritative source. Trading, particularly options trading, may cause substantial losses, including losses beyond an initial investment for some positions.

3. Data and calculation limitations

Quotes and historical data may be delayed, derived, estimated, incomplete, out of sequence or incorrect. Availability depends on upstream providers, subscriptions and technical conditions. A real-time label does not promise a particular latency or an executable price.

Indicators, charts, option Greeks, probabilities, backtests and profit/loss estimates depend on inputs and assumptions. They may omit fees, spreads, liquidity, slippage, assignment, early exercise, corporate actions or other material factors. Simulations are not actual trading results, and neither historical nor hypothetical outcomes assure future performance.

4. Accounts and security

Provide accurate account details, keep credentials private and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Do not share passwords or attempt to access another user's data. Sign out on shared devices. “Remember me” can keep a session active on that device; it is not a guarantee of permanent access.

We use security safeguards, but no online service is immune to compromise. Email verification and email-based password recovery may not be available in the current release. Keep a secure record of your password and use available account controls carefully.

5. Your charts and saved content

You retain rights you hold in your drawings, notes and other content. You authorize the Service to store, process and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate your requested features. Upload only material you are entitled to use. Do not include account numbers, trading credentials or other unnecessary sensitive information in chart notes.

Cloud layouts are associated with your signed-in account. Saves can fail, conflict between devices or become unavailable. A browser layout is not automatically a cloud backup. Check save status and retain exports of important work. Saving a layout does not preserve or license the underlying market-data feed.

6. Permitted use and third parties

You may use the features made available to your account subject to these terms and applicable data-provider restrictions. Service software, branding and third-party data remain the property of their respective owners. Do not resell or redistribute market data without the necessary rights, bypass access controls or usage limits, disrupt the Service, upload malicious material, or use it unlawfully. This does not restrict rights that applicable law does not permit us to restrict.

Third-party identity and data services have their own terms. Their availability, permissions and content may change. Atlas Trader is not affiliated with or endorsed by TradingView or OptionStrat.

7. Early access and paid features

Preview features may change or be withdrawn and may contain errors. Joining a waitlist does not guarantee a launch date or access to a particular feature. A promotional offer is subject to the eligibility and duration disclosed when you join; it does not guarantee permanent free access. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, renewal, cancellation and other applicable payment terms will be presented before you purchase. These terms alone do not authorize a charge.

8. Availability, suspension and ending use

We may maintain, update or change the Service and may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, respond to abuse or enforce these terms. Features and saved content may be affected by outages or discontinuation. You can stop using the Service at any time. Export important layouts before ending use where an export is available.

9. Warranties and responsibility for losses

To the extent allowed by law, the Service is supplied without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, completeness, suitability for a particular purpose or freedom from defects. You remain responsible for independently assessing information and protecting your work.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Atlas Trader's operators and suppliers are not responsible for trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, inability to use or reliance on the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including fraud or other conduct for which exclusion is prohibited.

10. Updates and interpretation

We may revise these terms as the Service changes. The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be brought to your attention through a reasonable available channel, and additional agreement will be sought where required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not waive any legal protection that applies to you.
